Check out in four steps:

  1. Complete the offboarding form

  2. Book a key exchange appointment

  3. Inspect your room

  4. Be aware of final utility costs

1. Inspect your room

To avoid deductions from your rental deposit, please make sure the furniture and room are returned in the same condition as when you arrived.

In case something got damaged, please reach out to us early so that we can find an agreement and get the item fixed or replaced. It results in a much lower cost to you.

2. Start the offboarding form

Start the offboarding form under your booking. Document any damages and report any problems to the landlord.

Your progress is saved at each step and you can continue it at anytime.

3. Return your keys

Instructions for returning your keys are included in the check-in / check-out instructions under your booking.

Take a photo and include it in your offboarding form submission.

4. Submit your offboarding form

Using your offboarding form, the landlord will make adjustments to your security deposit:

  • Add or deduct money from your security deposit if you went over/under the €60/month utilities costs

  • Deduct money for any missing payments or damages to the listing.

  • Deduct the cleaning fee.

Deposits are usually returned with 2-4 weeks after submitting your offboarding form.
