2. Key exchange appointment
Book a key exchange appointment to receive the check-out info.
The key return will most likely be handled just like the pick-up. You always have the option to return the keys to the Friends In Flats keybox outside our office.
3. Inspect your room
To avoid deductions from your rental deposit, please make sure the furniture and room are returned in the same condition as when you arrived.
In case something got damaged, please reach out to us early so that we can find an agreement and get the item fixed or replaced. It results in a much lower cost to you.
4. Final utility costs
We try our best to proactively charge you for utilities with our €60/month utilities costs.
If you ended up using more/less, the landlord will include the difference or deduct it when returning your rental deposit.
