Step 1: Log on to app.frntlne.com and go to the Retail Manager section π₯

Can't see the Retail Manager section? π
Make sure your role is set to 'Retail Manager' under the employment details in your profile settings. Here is how you can check your profile details.
Note: Verification and getting access to the Retail Manager section can take up to 24 hours from sign-up and profile changes. β
Step 2: Verify new team members β
Review the list of unverified team members.
Unverified team members are users who have signed up to app.frntlne.com and have indicated they work at your location.
β οΈ These users will be able to take courses but won't be able to get paid for it - until you verify them.
Click 'Verify team member' to confirm that user works at your location and to add their progress to your summary
Click 'Disable team member' if
user isn't part of your team
user is no longer part of the team
Disabled team members will still be able to access their account and
will no longer be associated with your location and will disappear from the summary
will be able to complete outstanding course but won't be able to get paid for it.
will no longer receive new courses.
can access previously completed courses if they wish to freshen up their knowledge.
Need to add a team member? βοΈ Get them to sign up via app.frntlne.com.
Once they have signed up, their name will appear in the summary.
