I don't own a bot, can I earn points?

Explains whether users without a robot can earn Qualified Miles, how points are shared when driving someone else’s bot, and how QM converts to FBP and future BitRobot Points.

Yes. You can still earn Qualified Miles (QM) even if you do not own a robot.

When you drive a robot owned by someone else, you earn 50% of the QM generated during that drive. The robot owner receives the other 50%. QM earned this way converts to points, and eventually to BitRobot Points when the network goes live.

If you already know a robot owner, that is the easiest way to get started. You can also join our Discord and ask if any owners are open to sharing access, but sharing is entirely up to each owner.

This allows non-owners to participate, earn QM, and start accumulating points without owning a robot.
