Follow the steps below to troubleshoot common problems and report issues to the support team when needed.
🔴Camera Feed Not Loading
Each mission may use multiple cameras, depending on the robot.
Camera Types
Body camera: shows the robot’s main view
Arm camera(s):
LeKiwi: 1 arm camera
XLeRobot: 2 arm cameras
Sometimes, one or more camera feeds may not load properly.
🔧 How to Fix It
Step 1: Reload the Page
If any camera feed is missing or stuck:
Reload the page using F5
Wait for the mission interface to fully reload
In many cases, this resolves the issue immediately.
Step 2: If the Screen Is Black or Cameras Are Swapped, Wait Briefly
After reloading, if the interface is black or the left and right cameras are swapped:
What to do:
Wait a moment for the system to restart
If it is only a camera restart, it usually completes within 30 seconds
Step 3: Report the Issue if Reloading Does Not Help
If the camera feed is still missing or not loading after reloading (and waiting, if applicable), send the following to support:
Mission title
Screenshot clearly showing the missing or non-loading camera feed
This information allows the team to quickly check whether there is a bot or system issue and take action if needed.
🔴Controls Not Working
If the robotic arm suddenly drops or stops responding, it is usually due to one of the following situations.
1. Safety Protection (Overcurrent or Overheating)
This happens when the arm is pushed too far or held at its physical limit, such as being fully extended, fully bent, or pressed against an object.
To protect the hardware, the system temporarily cuts power to the arm.
A warning message will usually appear on the screen.
🔧 What to do
Stop moving the arm
Wait briefly for control to return
Once control is restored, move the arm away from extreme positions
2. Automatic Restart (Loose Internal Connection)
In this case, no warning message appears. The system will automatically restart in the background.
🔧 What to do
Wait about 1 minute
Do not send any control inputs during this time
Try controlling the arm again once the restart is complete
🔴Movement Issue
Difficulty Moving in a Certain Area
If the robot has trouble moving in a specific area, there may be a protrusion or uneven surface on the ground.
🔧 What to do:
Try moving in another direction
Avoid forcing movement through the same spot repeatedly
Issues That Need Support Attention
If any of the issues below occur, it is recommended to contact support.
The game fails to connect for a long time and remains on a black screen
No warning prompt appears on the interface, and the robot is still uncontrollable after waiting for at least 1 minute.
There is no control, but the robot keeps moving and cannot be stopped
The robot cannot reset normally and gets stuck in one place, unable to continue moving
A single camera is missing and does not return
🕘Support Availability
The team is available to review and respond to TeleArms reports during the following hours:
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (SGT)
Saturday: 9:00 AM to 12:00 NN (SGT)
Reports submitted outside these hours will be reviewed during the next available support window.
ℹ️If Support Is Offline
If the team is not available and the bot or camera is not working:
Click Complete Mission so the session can still be scored
Do not close the browser tab without completing the mission, as this may prevent the session from being recorded or scored
If another bot is available, complete the current mission and try a different bot
⚠️Important Notes
Do not continue a mission blindly if a required camera feed is missing
Always reload first before reporting an issue
Clear screenshots and the correct mission title help resolve issues faster
