How to use AI help

This article describes how to use Frontier AIs Question Detection and how to get AI help during a call.

To use Question Detection

  1. Question detection will pick up on all questions asked during a call and will display these in the Questions panel

  2. Click the star icon

  3. You will be navigated to the AI tab, where an AI generated answer will be displayed, using information that has been uploaded to your knowledge base.

  4. To navigate back to the script tab click call
    Your question and answer will now be displayed in the Questions area

  5. Question Detection will pick up on questions that are asked by all participants.
    You can change the items that are displayed by amending the selected filter


Using the Transcript tab for AI help

The transcript tab will display a transcription of the entire call.

  1. To navigate to the Transcript tab, click Transcript from the call tab

  2. A transcription of the call will be displayed.
    The star icon can be clicked to get AI help

  3. You will be navigated to the AI tab where your question answer will appear

Using the AI tab for AI help

Questions can be typed directly in to the AI tab to pull an answer from the knowledge articles that have been uploaded.

  1. Type the question in to the free text box in the AI tab and click Ask

  2. The answer will be displayed in the AI tab
