💡 Frostbite allows you to send a follow-up email seamlessly, ensuring it is part of the same thread to maintain context and remind the recipient about your previous communication, increasing a timely response.
To create a follow-up email in your sequence, follow the next steps:
Navigate to Campaigns.
Create a new campaign or open a draft campaign that you'd like edit.
Navigate to Step 2 - Create sequence.
Click 'Add step'.
Add email content for a step and leave your subject empty.
🧐 Note that you could not leave a subject empty for Step 1 in your campaign. When you send a test email for a follow-up, it will be sent with a previous step's subject.
✅ You've added a follow-up email to your campaign that will be sent in the same thread as previous subject's email.
