Having trouble accessing your FunCation Academy account or Virtual Campus? Here are common solutions to get you back into the FA Flexiverse quickly.

Common Login Problems & Solutions

Can't Remember Login Credentials

  • Check your welcome email for original login information

  • Look for "FunCation Academy" emails in your inbox and spam folder

  • Try variations of your email address if you have multiple accounts

Password Not Working

  • Check caps lock and typing accuracy

  • Try copying and pasting your password from the welcome email

  • Clear browser cache and try again

  • Try a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge)

Virtual Campus Access Issues

  • Use the correct link from your welcome email or from our website

  • Check system requirements: laptop/computer, headset, microphone, 20+ Mbps upload speed

  • Clear browser cache and cookies

  • Disable browser extensions that might interfere

  • Try incognito/private browsing mode

  • iPhones sometimes have compatibility issues


Account Not Set Up Yet

  • Wait 24 business hours after enrollment for account setup

  • Check business hours: Monday-Thursday 10 AM-4 PM EST, Friday 9 AM-1 PM EST

  • Look for the setup completion email before trying to log in

  • Clear cache: Settings > Privacy > Clear browsing data
