Step-by-Step Instructions
Open the app or web version:
Android: Download from Google Play
Web App: https://fbb.apprabbit.co/
On the login screen, click "Forgot Password?"
Enter the email address associated with your account.
Click “Send Link.”
Go to your email inbox. Give it a minute or two to arrive.
Open the email and follow the prompts to reset your password.
