Logging Your Training Results and Personal Records (PRs)
Tracking your progress is a key part of Functional Bodybuilding. Here’s how to log your results and personal records in the app.
How to Log Your Results
Log in to your Functional Bodybuilding app.
Tap the "Progress & PRs" tab
This is the bar graph icon at the bottom of the screen.
Tap "PRs" at the top of the screen.
Use the magnifying glass icon to search for a specific movement.
Select the movement from the list.
Set a 1RM goal for that movement
Be conservative with your estimate.

Viewing Your Previous Training Results
Want to review how you’ve performed on a specific movement over time? Here’s how to find your past results.
How to View Past Results
Log in to your Functional Bodybuilding app.
Tap the "Progress & PRs" tab
This is the bar graph icon at the bottom of the screen.
Tap "PRs" at the top of the screen.
Find your movement by either:
Scrolling the list, or
Tapping the magnifying glass icon to search by name.
Tap on the movement to open its details.
You’ll see:
A graph of your training over time
A chronological list of all previous logged results
