Toggling Between Tracks

Choose the tracks you want to see and switch between them

If you like to see workouts from multiple tracks, here's how to access them and switch between them easily:

  1. First, choose a track in Persist by clicking Persist - Ongoing Training from the main dashboard.

  2. Choose the first track you'd like to follow on the Persist Programs page and click Start Program.

  3. We recommend choosing Jump In Today from the popup to follow along with the live program, or you can start from the beginning of the training cycle.

  4. Once you start the program, it will appear at the top menu in the workout view, and on the main dashboard at the top.

  5. Repeat this process with any other tracks you'd like to switch between. Whenever you start a new track, it will be added to your "Jump Back In" section as well as the toggle menu at the top of the workout view.

To unfollow a track, click the 3 dots next to the track name from the "Jump Back In" section on the home dashboard, and click Delete. This will not remove your data, it will only unfollow the track. You can repeat the steps above to get the track to reappear any time.
