Some users are sporadically encountering a "Something Went Wrong" error in the app. If this occurs, try turning off wifi and using the app on your mobile network, or try turning off wifi and turning it back on to see if that resolves it.
You can also try checking for the latest version of the app, or uninstalling/reinstalling.
