UPGRADE / DOWNGRADE PERSIST SUBSCRIPTION
If you are a current Persist subscriber and you are looking to upgrade/downgrade your current subscription from a monthly subscription to either the 3-month or yearly option or vice versa, you will need to log into the My Account page. Once you are logged in to the My Account page you can access your subscription through the "Subscriptions" section/tab.
Once you are in the Subscriptions section locate the "Actions" tab and click Upgrade / Downgrade. After clicking Upgrade / Downgrade, you will be able to choose from all of our subscription options. Follow the prompts to complete your change request.
NOTE: Once you have completed the change process to upgrade/downgrade your subscription please note that the change will not take place until the end of your CURRENT subscription (on your next billing date).
CANCEL PERSIST SUBSCRIPTION (PURCHASED FROM FBB)
If you are a current Persist subscriber, purchased your subscription through the FBB website, and you are looking to cancel your subscription you will need to log into the My Account page. Once you are logged in to the My Account page you can access your subscription through the "Subscriptions" section/tab. Inside this tab, you can cancel your subscription.
NOTE: Once you complete the cancellation process your account will be "pending cancellation" until the end of your CURRENT subscription. At the end of your subscription, your account will officially cancel and your ATOM account will be archived. You will have access to the Persist programming until that time. We are unable to offer refunds for subscriptions that are not canceled in time or prorated refunds on our 3 and 12-month subscriptions.
CANCEL PERSIST SUBSCRIPTION (PURCHASED FROM ATOM)
If you are a current Persist subscriber, purchased your subscription directly from the ATOM platform, and you are looking to cancel your subscription you will need to log into your ATOM account. Once you are logged in to ATOM you can access your subscription by clicking on the menu icon, account, and then "Manage your Persist Subscription." For further assistance with Persist subscriptions purchased from ATOM please contact ATOM support.
