The Full Body PUMP LIFT (3x/wk) training track is currently available in the Workshops section of ATOM.

The program is a streamlined full-body workout program, emphasizing strength and muscle building in 60-75 minute sessions three times a week. Each workout is designed for those with time constraints or a desire for a focused lifting regimen, targeting the entire body each session.

This program requires access to conventional or garage gym equipment, catering to individuals who prefer the intensity and variety of functional training. PUMP LIFT is purely about strength training, eliminating the conditioning component to concentrate fully on lifting, making each session an efficient power-packed workout.
