Maximum drawdown is the total permitted loss limit for your account. Funded Daily uses two drawdown models across its programs:
Instant Funding — Static Drawdown Your drawdown limit is fixed from your original starting balance and does not change as your account grows. If your balance increases through profits, the drawdown floor remains anchored to the original starting balance.
Instant Funding Pro — Trailing Drawdown Your drawdown limit trails your account's highest equity point. As your account grows, the drawdown floor rises with it. The maximum permitted loss is always measured from your peak equity, not your starting balance. The floor never moves downward.
Breaching the maximum drawdown limit on either program is a hard breach and may result in account closure.
