Profit Consistency Rule — 20%
Instant Funding Pro accounts are subject to a 20% Consistency Rule. No single trading day may account for 20% or more of your total profit during the current payout cycle.
Your profits should be reasonably distributed throughout the payout period rather than concentrated in a single trading day.
If your account does not meet the consistency requirement, you cannot request a payout until the requirement is satisfied.
Trading days reset daily at 5:00 PM Eastern Time.
Example: If you make $1,000 in profit on a single trading day, you must reach at least $5,000 in total profit for the payout cycle. At that point, the $1,000 represents exactly 20% of your total profit, making you eligible to request a payout, provided all other payout requirements are met.

Drawdown Rules
Maximum Drawdown — 6% Trailing
Your account equity must not fall more than 6% below the highest recorded equity level.
The Maximum Drawdown is trailing, meaning the Drawdown Floor moves upward as your account reaches new equity highs.
The Drawdown Floor follows your peak equity and does not move downward when your equity decreases.
Example: On a $10,000 Instant Funding Pro account, the initial Maximum Drawdown is $600, giving you an initial Drawdown Floor of $9,400. If your equity increases to $11,000, the Drawdown Floor moves up accordingly to $10,400.
Daily Drawdown — 3%
The Daily Drawdown limit is 3% of the initial account balance and is recalculated daily at 5:00 PM EST.
The daily limit is based on the higher of your account balance or equity at the daily reset.
The Daily Drawdown level resets every day at 5:00 PM EST.
Example: On a $10,000 Instant Funding Pro account, the Daily Drawdown allowance is $300. If your balance/equity at the reset is $10,500, your equity must remain above $10,200 during the following trading day.
Important: Breaching either the Maximum Drawdown or Daily Drawdown limit is considered a hard breach and may result in account closure.
————————————————————————————————————————
Profit Split
Traders receive an 80% profit split by default.
Eligible traders can upgrade to a 90% profit split
The profit split determines the percentage of eligible profits paid to the trader, subject to all applicable payout rules, consistency requirements, and profit caps.
————————————————————————————————————————
Profit Cap & Maximum Withdrawal
The Profit Cap is 5% of the initial account balance per payout cycle.
This means the maximum profit eligible for withdrawal in each payout cycle is 5% of the account’s initial balance.
Example: On a $5,000 account, the maximum withdrawal per payout cycle is $250.
Any profit above the 5% cap will not be eligible for withdrawal during that payout cycle.
————————————————————————————————————————
Payout Schedule
Payouts are available every 14 days.
Traders may request a payout once all applicable payout requirements have been satisfied.
Payouts are covered by Funded Daily’s 24-hour payout guarantee.
————————————————————————————————————————
Soft Breach Rules
1% Floating Loss Rule
Your combined floating loss across all open positions must not exceed 1% of your account’s initial balance at any time.
The Floating Loss limit is monitored in real time and includes commissions.
Funded Daily accounts are swap-free, so overnight or rollover swap costs are not included in this calculation.
Example: On a $10,000 Instant Funding account, your combined floating loss must remain within $100. If your total floating loss exceeds $100 at any moment, a soft breach is recorded.
Soft Breach: If your combined floating loss exceeds 1% of the initial account balance, the violation is recorded as a Soft Breach, and the profit from the affected trade will be deducted from your payout.
Important: Soft breaches do not automatically close your account. However, if you reach 20 total soft breaches, your account will be closed as a Hard Breach.
This rule applies to Instant Funding and Instant Funding Pro accounts.
