Profit Consistency Rule

There is no Consistency Rule during Step 1 or Step 2. You are free to trade according to your strategy as long as you meet the required profit target and follow the applicable trading rules.

Once your account is Funded, a 25% Consistency Rule applies at the payout stage. No single trading day may account for 25% or more of your total profit for the current payout period.

If the requirement is not met, you will need to continue trading until your total profit increases enough to satisfy the 25% rule before requesting a payout.

Example: If you make $250 profit in a single trading day, you must reach at least $1,000 in total profit for that payout period. This ensures that the $250 daily profit represents no more than 25% of your total profit, making you eligible to request a payout.

Drawdown Rules

Maximum Drawdown — 8% Static

  • Your account equity must not fall more than 8% below the initial account balance.

  • The Maximum Drawdown is static, meaning the drawdown level does not move with your account balance or profits.

Example: On a $5,000 account, the minimum equity level is $4,600. If your equity reaches $4,600 or below, the account breaches the Maximum Drawdown rule

Daily Drawdown — 5%

  • The Daily Drawdown limit is 5% of the initial account balance and is recalculated daily at 5:00 PM EST.

  • The daily limit is based on the higher of your account balance or equity at the daily reset.

  • The Daily Drawdown level resets every day at 5:00 PM EST.

Example: On a $5,000 account, the daily drawdown allowance is $250. If your balance/equity at the reset is $5,200, your equity must remain above $4,950 during the following trading day.

Important: If your equity reaches or falls below the daily drawdown limit, the account will be considered in breach of the Daily Drawdown rule.

Profit Split

Fixed at 80/20 on Giveaway Challenge accounts.

Profit Cap & Maximum Withdrawal

  • The Profit Cap is 5% of the initial account balance per payout cycle.

  • This means the maximum profit eligible for withdrawal in each payout cycle is 5% of the account’s initial balance.

  • Example: On a $5,000 account, the maximum withdrawal per payout cycle is $250.

Any profit above the 5% cap will not be eligible for withdrawal during that payout cycle.

————————————————————————————————————————

Payout Schedule

  • The first payout is available after 30 days.

  • The second payout is available 14 days after the first payout.

  • After successfully receiving two payouts, the account will be automatically closed.

Payouts are processed 24-hour payout guarantee.

Free Giveaway & Compensation Accounts

The rules above also apply to any free account provided through a giveaway, giveaway host, compensation, promotion, community event, or any other free account distribution.

As long as no payment was made for the account, the account is subject to the Giveaway Challenge rules and requirements stated above.

This applies regardless of where or how the free account was received. Traders must follow all applicable rules in order to remain eligible for the funded stage and payouts.
