Products Allowed

Traders may trade approved futures contracts only.
Please refer to your dashboard or welcome email for a full list of eligible products and contract specifications.

Daily Loss Limit & Max Drawdown

Daily Loss Limit:

  • Only the Premiere Plan includes a Daily Loss Limit during the evaluation phase, which is designed to encourage responsible intraday risk management. Once the limit is reached, the account is automatically placed into liquidation mode for the remainder of the trading day. Additionally, all funded accounts—regardless of plan—include a Daily Loss Limit during payout stages 1 through 3, with the limit varying based on the account size.

Daily Loss Limits by Account Size:

  • $50K Account: $1,250 Daily Loss Limit

  • $100K Account: $2,500 Daily Loss Limit

  • $150K Account: $3,500 Daily Loss Limit

Max Drawdown:

  • In challenge accounts, a Trailing Max Drawdown based on realized gains applies to Premiere & Classic challenge accounts. The Elite challenge account includes a Intraday Trailing Drawdown.

  • In funded accounts, the End-of-Day Drawdown updates once daily based on the closing balance.
Your drawdown thresholds are tied to your account size — make sure to stay well above these levels to avoid breaching.

Overnight & Weekend Trading

  • Overnight trading is allowed, but all trades must be closed by 4:15 PM EST daily.

  • Trades can be reopened at 6:00 PM EST when the market resumes.

  • Weekend trading is not permitted. Make sure all positions are closed before the market closes on Friday at 4:15 PM EST.

If trades are left open at 4:15 PM EST, they will be automatically closed by the system. This will not result in a violation.

News Trading Policy

  • News trading is allowed — including Tier 1 events (FOMC, CPI, NFP, etc.)

  • No flattening rules apply before or after news releases.

  • Be aware of slippage, gaps, or execution delays during high-volatility moments.

  • Traders must continue to practice responsible risk management, even during news-driven sessions.

Funded Futures Family is not liable for order execution issues caused by news-related volatility in the simulated environment.
