Rule Violations That End Evaluations

To ensure a fair and disciplined trading environment, Funded Futures Family enforces specific rules during the evaluation phase.

Updated over 2 weeks ago

Trailing Drawdown Breach

Each evaluation account has a trailing drawdown limit based on realized gains. If your account balance falls below this limit, your evaluation will be terminated. It's crucial to monitor your account balance and understand how the trailing drawdown adjusts with your trading activity. Elite accounts have a trailing intraday drawdown & Classic / Premiere accounts have End-Of-Day drawdown

Drawdown Limits by Account Size for Elite & Classic Plans:

  • 50K Account: $2,000

  • 100K Account: $3,000

  • 150K Account: $4,500

Drawdown Limits by Account Size for Premiere Plans:

  • 50K Account: $1,500

  • 100K Account: $2,500

  • 150K Account: $4,000

Holding Trades During Restricted Hours

All trades must be closed by 4:15 PM EST daily.

You may reopen positions at 6:00 PM EST.

Holding a trade between 4:15 PM and 6:00 PM EST violates trading rules and will result in account failure.

Note: If you forget to close a trade, it will be automatically closed for you at 4:15 PM EST β€” this does not count as a violation unless the system fails due to platform issues.

By adhering to these rules, you maintain your eligibility to progress through the evaluation and move closer to becoming a funded trader. Always ensure you're familiar with all trading rules and guidelines before participating in the evaluation.
