How We Review Payouts

What we check before every payout, why a payout can be held, and how to reply.

Every payout request is reviewed before it is paid.

Meeting a plan’s payout requirements does not override the Prohibited Trading Conduct policy. Confirmed violations may result in payout adjustments, denial or account closure, as described in that policy.

Timing

  • Requests made before 5:00 p.m. ET on a business day are reviewed the same day. Reviews run on weekdays only.

  • Approved payouts are sent through Rise in 1 to 3 business days.

  • A request cannot be changed or cancelled after you submit it.

What we check

  1. Your plan's rules: profit needed, buffer, winning days, consistency, payout caps and the smallest payout.

  2. Your loss limit: that the account never went below it.

  3. Prohibited Trading Conduct: the rules applicable to the activity under review, including activity across accounts established as owned or controlled by you.

  4. Identity: that the person paid is the person who trades the account, verified through Rise.

If your payout is held

We email you:

  • the applicable rule

  • the affected accounts and relevant dates or trades

  • a summary of the finding

  • whether the payout remains under review, is approved, adjusted or denied, including any account action

For all-or-nothing trading or account rolling, the notice explains the pattern identified, the relevant accounts and trades, and the basis for Compliance’s finding.

If we need more time to review, we tell you, and we answer within 5 business days.

If you disagree

Reply to our email within 7 days. Explain the trades and attach anything that helps, such as platform screenshots or order history. A different reviewer looks at it. That second decision is final.

We only hold a payout for a reason written in our rules.
