Refund Process: All refund requests must be submitted directly to support via Discord. Any requests made directly to the bank without prior communication with support will result in the forfeiture of all accounts and any pending payouts.

Account Forfeiture: If a client contacts the bank for a refund or dispute before reaching out to support via Discord, they will automatically forfeit access to their accounts and any upcoming payouts, with no exceptions.

Client Responsibility: Clients are required to direct all refund and dispute inquiries through Discord support. Failure to do so will result in the loss of account status and eligibility for payouts.
