The Payout Bonus Promotion is capped at a maximum of $750 per user and may be claimed one time only.
Due to high claim volume, the bonus will not be applied automatically. To receive the bonus, the user must manually request it at the time they submit their payout request.
Requests made after a payout has already been processed may not be eligible.
