Payment Methods & General Issues
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay for a FundedSquad challenge with a card, UPI, a digital wallet, or crypto. At checkout you'll see four options:
- Credit / Debit Card: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Card details are entered directly at checkout.
- Crypto / Card / PayPal / UPI: A combined option covering Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, USDC, Etc , PayPal, and UPI. Choose this if you want to pay via PayPal, crypto, or UPI.
- Credit / Debit Card (Alternative Processor): Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Use this if your card was declined on the first card option.
- Crypto: Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, USDC. Choose this if you want to pay in crypto only.
To pay with crypto, use the Digital Assets Payment option at checkout.
My payment was declined. What should I do?
Most declines happen at the card issuer level, not on our end. Before contacting support, try the following:
1. Try the alternative card processor. It's a different provider with different decline rules, and may succeed where the first one failed.
2. Check that your bank hasn't blocked it. Many banks decline first-time payments to trading and prop-firm merchants. A quick call to your bank or an in-app approval usually clears this.
3. Confirm your billing details match your card exactly, including postcode.
4. If paying in crypto, send the exact amount on the correct network, including the network fee. An underpayment or a wrong-network transfer will not credit automatically.
Still stuck? Contact support with your Order ID (if you have one), the payment method you tried, and the exact error message you saw.
What happens after I pay?
Your account appears in your dashboard and credentials are emailed to your registered address. Check your spam folder if the email hasn't arrived but check your dashboard first, since that's the authoritative source.

How does UPI payment verification work?
1. Pay via your UPI app (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.).
2. Return to our payment page and enter the UTR number this step is mandatory.
3. The UTR is your proof of payment. Without it, we cannot verify or match your transaction.
Where do I find my UTR number?
It's shown on the payment success screen or in the confirmation SMS from your UPI app. It's sometimes labeled "UPI Ref No." or "Transaction ID."
What should I keep in mind when paying via UPI?
- Pay first, then copy your UTR, then paste it into our UTR field, then submit. - Don't leave the page before submitting your UTR.
