Account Violations (Hard Breach)
A Hard Breach is a serious violation of our trading rules. It occurs when a trader exceeds either the maximum Daily Loss limit or the Total Drawdown limit.
When a Hard Breach occurs, the account is immediately closed and can no longer be traded.
1. Max Daily Drawdown – 3%
1. Max Daily Drawdown – 3% (Dynamic)
What does this mean?
The maximum daily loss limit is 3% of your daily starting balance.
How is it calculated?
The daily drawdown is calculated daily at 12:00 AM UTC (midnight) based on your account balance or equity. Your equity must not drop by more than 3% of your initial account balance in a single trading day.
Example:
For a $100,000 account, the daily drawdown limit is $3,000. If your account balance or equity drops below $97,000, you will exceed your daily loss limit.
Max Total Drawdown (Static)
What does this mean?
The maximum total drawdown is a static drawdown set at 10% (Eval) and 6% (funded) of your initial account balance. Unlike a trailing drawdown, this limit does not move as your equity increases or decreases it stays fixed below your starting balance for the life of the account.
Example:
For a $100,000 account, the maximum total drawdown limit is $6,000. This means your account equity must not drop below $93,000 at any point.
- If your account grows to $110,000, your drawdown limit remains $94,000 it does not rise with your equity.
- If your account drops to $95,000, your drawdown limit is still $94,000 you have not breached the rule yet.
- Only when your equity drops below $94,000 is the account closed for a hard breach.
Understanding the 1.5% Max Risk Rule
Max Floating Risk (Funded Phase)
If your combined floating (unrealized) loss across all open positions reaches 1.5% of your initial account balance at any time, it is considered a violation.
Breach Handling
First violation: Your profit split will be reduced to 40%.
Second violation: Your account will be permanently closed.
Example
On a $50,000 account, 1.5% equals $750.
If the combined floating loss from all your open trades reaches -$750, the Max Floating Risk rule is violated, even if the trades later recover.
This rule is in place to help maintain proper risk management and prevent excessive losses.
Note - The 1.5% Max Risk Rule is an additional risk management rule and applies independently of the 3% Daily Drawdown and 6% Static Maximum Drawdown. All three rules must be respected at all times.
Minimum Trading Day Requirement for One-Step Account
Traders on One Step Pro accounts must complete at least 3 trading days before requesting a reward. These trading days do not have to be consecutive, but to be considered a trading day there must be a minimum profit of 0.5% of initial balance generated.
Rewards & Profit Split
Profit Split: 80% (Traders keep 80% of their profit).
Payout Cycle: Every 14 Days.
Optional Add-ons (Available At Checkout)
→ 100% Reward Split
→ Weekend Holding
→ Remove 2-Minute Rule (Available for account sizes up to $10,000)
What does “Daily Reward” mean on One Step Pro?
Once you are funded on the One Step Pro model, you can request a payout every day, as long as you meet the payout requirements.
To request a payout, you must:
→ Complete at least one trading day with 0.5% profit.
→ Have at least $100 in available profit.
Once you meet both requirements, you can request your payout.
Minimum Payout Amount
The minimum payout amount is $100. This minimum threshold helps us manage transaction costs and ensures that payouts can be processed smoothly.
Smaller payouts may result in higher transaction fees, which we aim to avoid.
Once your available payout amount reaches the minimum threshold, you can request your payout.

One Step Pro has a maximum daily payout cap of 2% of the initial balance.
Any profit above the 2% daily limit is automatically removed and is not eligible for withdrawal or carried forward.
This adjustment is part of the One Step Pro payout rules and does not mean the excess amount was paid to another person or withdrawn as a payout.
When Will I Receive My Refund?
The account fee is refunded after you receive your Fourth approved payout. You must have two approved payouts to be eligible for the refund.
Once you meet this requirement, contact our Live Chat Support team and provide your email address, account number, order number, and USDT TRC20 wallet address.
Please make sure all the information is correct. Once your details are verified, your refund will be processed within our standard processing timeframe.
