If you've made a purchase but haven't received your account details yet, here are a few quick steps to check:

  2. Verify your email address — a typo at checkout can cause delivery issues. You can double-check your email on the thank you page with your order details.

  3. Paid with crypto? If your payment was successful but you haven’t received your account, please contact us with your email, transaction hash ID, and a screenshot of the payment.
