Why is my deposit under review?

Some deposits are selected for an additional review before they are completed. This is a standard part of keeping payments safe and secure for everyone, and it does not necessarily mean anything is wrong with your deposit.

How long does a review take?

Most reviews are completed within 48 hours. In many cases, it's much faster. Your funds are safe while the review is in progress. If your deposit hasn't been credited after 48 hours, please contact our support team so we can check the outcome and help with next steps.

What happens after the review?

If your deposit is approved, your funds will be credited to your account automatically and there's nothing else you need to do.

If your deposit hasn't been credited after 48 hours, please contact our support team. Once you reach out, we'll check the outcome of the review and let you know what happens next. This may be one of the following:

  1. We need more information. We'll walk you through a short verification step to confirm you're the owner of the sending wallet. You can learn more about how verification works here: Rejection verification

  2. Your deposit can't be completed. We'll help you return your funds.

Why was my deposit selected for review?

Deposits can be selected for review for a number of reasons as part of our automated compliance screening. For security reasons, we're not able to share the specific details of what triggers a review.

Can I speed up the review?

Reviews are processed in order, and contacting support won't change the timeline. Please avoid sending the same deposit again or submitting multiple support requests for the same transaction, as this can slow things down.

It's been more than 48 hours. What should I do?

If your review has taken longer than 48 hours, please contact our support team and include:

  1. The email address on your account

  2. The transaction hash (also called a transaction ID)

  3. The wallet address you sent from

Our team will look into the status of your deposit and let you know the next steps.
