Add an organisation

How to add another organisation to your Futrli workspace.

Updated this week

You can add multiple organisations to your Futrli workspace. You can either connect to an accounting software or upload data via a spreadsheet.

Does it cost to add another organisation?

There are two subscription options with Futrli:

  • Single licence - You're charged per month for each organisation

  • Partner plans - These plans start from ten organisations and are perfect for those using Futrli with clients

📌TIP: For information on these plans, visit www.futrli.com/pricing.

Who can add an organisation?

To add an organisation to a Futrli workspace, you need to be assigned to one of the following roles:

  • Workspace owner

  • Super administrator

  • Administrator

  • Data manager

What types of organisations can I create?

There are three types of organisations you can create:

  • Connected organisations such as Sage Accounting, Xero and Quickbooks Online - allowing you to synchronise your data live

  • Excel organisations, created from data upload

  • Demo organisations, allowing you to test the product (UK and AU)

How to add an organisation

  1. Log in to Futrli to access your workspace. The organisations you have access to will display.

  2. Click Add new organisation.

  3. Select the organisation type you want to connect to or upload, and follow the on-screen instructions.

📌TIP: When already logged in within an organisation you can add an organisation via the dropdown in the top right.

  1. Click the organisation name in the top-right corner of the window.

  2. Click Manage Organisations to access your workspace.

Can't add an organisation?

If you follow the steps to add an organisation, but you can't locate the section to add an organisation, this is likely due to your permissions.

You’ll need to contact the workspace owner who can update your permissions.
