Here are a few steps you can do to troubleshoot:

  1. Check Your Preferences: Make sure your label settings in the Fyxer dashboard match your expectations. For example, if a category like "FYI" is turned off, those emails won't automatically file into the folder.

  2. Sync Issues: Try reconnecting your email account in the Fyxer dashboard under the Integrations tab. This can refresh the sync between Fyxer and your email.

  3. Conflicting Labels: If you have existing filters or rules in Gmail or Outlook that conflict with Fyxer’s system, those may override or interfere with Fyxer’s categorisation. Ensure Fyxer’s labels are prioritised.

  4. Manual Sorting: For immediate organisation, manually relabel emails into the correct labels. Once you’ve relabelled e.g. “FYI” to “To Respond”, Fyxer AI will automatically draft a response for “To Respond” labelled emails.
