To prevent Fyxer AI from overriding your custom filters:

Set Emails to "No Label": In the Fyxer AI dashboard, go to the Preferences section. Add the specific email addresses or domains you want to exempt from Fyxer's categorisation and select the "No Label" option.

Customise Your Email Client Rules: Make sure your Gmail or Outlook rules are set to apply after Fyxer AI's rules. Adjust the filter settings to ensure your custom labels and actions are prioritised.
