Duplicate drafts or missing drafts may happen due to:

  1. Conversation view turned off in Outlook: Drafts may appear as separate items rather than attached to the email chain.

  2. Multiple categorisation changes: Switching categories like "FYI" to "To Respond" mid-conversation may not always trigger a draft.

To fix:

  • Ensure conversation view is enabled in your email client.

  • Reassign categories sparingly to avoid confusion.
