My Meeting Notetaker was scheduled to join a meeting, but I can't find the meeting recording now – What should I do?

Head over to your app.fyxer.com dashboard and check your "Meeting Notetaker": double check your list of "Call recordings" to try and find it. If it is not there, it could be a couple of reasons to explore:

  • The notetaker should be enabled and set to join all meetings by default or based on specific criteria like host or participant.

  • The host did not allow the bot to join & record.

  • The meeting participants did not accept the invite.

  • The AI notetaker may only join meetings where you are the host. If you’re a participant, ensure the host allows external tools or integrations in their meeting settings.

  • The meeting duration should meet the minimum time required for the notetaker to activate (typically 10 minutes).

  • Meeting should show as toggled ON (as per below image) within app.fyxer.com dashboard -> "Meeting Notetaker" -> "Upcoming Calls".

  • Common errors shown within "Upcoming calls" list:

    "Meeting link not accepted" - Not accepted within your calendar by host or participants

    "No Meeting Link" - there is a meeting/appointment within your calendar with no meeting link.
