If the bot was not there, there could be several reasons:
The Notetaker should be enabled and set to join all meetings by default or based on specific criteria like host or participant.
The host did not allow the bot to join and record.
The meeting participants did not accept the calendar invite.
The Notetaker may only join meetings where you are the host. If you’re a participant, ensure the host allows external tools or integrations in their meeting settings.
The meeting duration should meet the minimum time required for the Notetaker to activate (typically 10 minutes).
Meeting should show as toggled ON within your Fyxer AI Dashboard > "Meeting Notetaker" > "Upcoming Calls".
Common errors shown within "Upcoming calls" list:
"Meeting link not accepted" - Not accepted within your calendar by host or participants
"No Meeting Link" - there is a meeting/appointment within your calendar with no meeting link.
