When someone asks to book time with you, Fyxer AI will suggest available slots in your draft reply and include a booking link so they can pick a time instantly. No more back-and-forth.
How to enable it:
Log into Fyxer AI and check you have a calendar connected in the 'integrations' tab.
You may be asked to reconnect your calendar when you visit the page, if you are, please follow the steps shown.
If you are not prompted to reconnect, you either do not yet have a calendar connected or your calendar connection is ready to use the link!
If you do not have a calendar connected, please do so by:
Going to the 'integrations' tab
Clicking your calendar provider, Google our Outlook
Accepting Fyxer AI's permissions
Go to the Settings tab and under preferences, scroll down to "Calendar Drafts" turn on Fyxer's calendar link (see arrow below), then click Update at the bottom of the page to ensure this is connected.
Note: If you click "Enable now" on the top banner you will be taken to the Calendar Drafts section so you can see the new setting.
