Office 365: Full integration is supported, including automatic email categorization and folder management.

On-Premise Exchange: Functionality may be limited due to company IT restrictions. An admin may need to grant additional permissions.

Troubleshooting:

  • If you're using on-premise Exchange, ensure your IT team has enabled third-party API integrations.

  • If Fyxer AI isn’t categorizing emails, check with your admin to ensure OAuth permissions are granted.
