If your Outlook folders look empty, don’t worry - it’s usually due to your Fyxer AI categorization settings.
You can control how emails behave after being categorized by going to:
Fyxer AI Dashboard > Preferences > Email Categorization
Here’s how it works:
Category Checked: Emails in this category will skip your main inbox and move directly into the matching folder (e.g. “To Respond”).
Category Unchecked: Emails will stay in your inbox, but the category label will still be applied.
So if your folders are empty, it likely means those categories are unchecked - meaning emails aren’t being moved out of your inbox.
Any changes you make will only apply to emails moving forward - past emails won’t be updated retroactively.
