It probably means the categories are unchecked, so emails are being labeled but not moved out of your inbox.
To Update
Log into your Fyxer Dashboard → Categorization Settings
How It Works
Category checked: Emails in this category will skip your inbox and move directly into the matching folder (e.g. “To Respond”).
Category unchecked: Emails will stay in your inbox, with the category label applied - but won’t be moved.
Any changes you make will only apply to emails moving forward - past emails won’t be updated retroactively.
