Why are my folders empty?

It probably means the categories are unchecked, so emails are being labeled but not moved out of your inbox.



To Update

Log into your Fyxer Dashboard Categorization Settings


How It Works

  • Category checked: Emails in this category will skip your inbox and move directly into the matching folder (e.g. “To Respond”).

  • Category unchecked: Emails will stay in your inbox, with the category label applied - but won’t be moved.

Any changes you make will only apply to emails moving forward - past emails won’t be updated retroactively.
