Possible reasons:
Email categorization settings are disabled in the Fyxer AI dashboard.
Your Outlook rules might be interfering.
Syncing issues - try signing out and sign back in to refresh.
Folders need to be manually created in some cases before emails can be moved
Troubleshooting:
Go to Settings > Preferences and ensure that email categorization is enabled.
Try disabling or adjusting conflicting rules to allow Fyxer to manage your inbox correctly.
Try accessing the Outlook Web App to check if the issue is specific to the desktop client.
Manually check your left sidebar in Outlook and confirm the folders (1-8) exist. If they are missing, try reconnecting your email in the Fyxer AI dashboard.
