Open Outlook Web and log in to your account.
Click on the Settings icon in the top-right corner.
Scroll down and select Account → Signatures.
Under Email Signature, add your signature and click on the Insert Picture icon.
Upload your image directly from your computer (avoid pasting it from another document or email).
Make sure the image displays correctly in the preview.
Click Save to apply changes.

Open Outlook (New Version) on your computer.
Click on Outlook > Preferences in the top-left corner.
Select Signatures.
Add/edit your signature, and click the Insert Image button.
Select "Picture from file" to add your signature image.
Make sure the image appears properly in the preview window.
Click Save to apply changes.

Make sure the image is publicly hosted: If using a linked image (instead of uploading it directly), make sure it's hosted on a public server like Google Drive, Dropbox, or an image hosting site.
Avoid copy-pasting: Copying images from documents or other emails can cause formatting issues. Always upload directly.
Check your email format: Ensure your emails are sent in HTML format and not Plain Text, as Plain Text removes images.
Recreate your signature: If the issue persists, try deleting and recreating your signature from scratch using the steps above.
If you still experience issues, disconnect and reconnect your email in your Fyxer dashboard.
