Grey categories mean the label has been deleted or disconnected:
This usually happens after disconnecting Fyxer AI or removing the category manually.
Go to your Fyxer AI Dashboard > Settings > Integrations
Remove and reconnect your email (wait a few minutes before reconnecting)
This will recreate your categories with the correct colors
