Here's what we recommend as best compatibility when using Fyxer AI:
Outlook Web (most reliable)
New Outlook Desktop app for Windows
New Outlook Desktop app for Mac
Note for Apple users - If you're using Apple Mail or the native Mail app on iPhone, Fyxer AI is not currently compatible with these clients.
Third-party or on-premise Exchange setups
If you're accessing Outlook through third-party clients or using a custom Exchange server, Fyxer AI functionality may be limited or unavailable. In particular:
On-premise Exchange servers and hybrid setups are not supported
These setups may block key features like folder creation, categorization, and calendar syncing
If you're unsure, Outlook Web is always your safest bet to refer to.
💡 Tip: If you're on Classic Outlook, enable Conversation View and make sure your category column is wide enough to see the labels clearly.
