When a subscription has two consecutive failed payments, Stripe (our billing platform) will automatically pause the subscription.
When this happens, Fyxer AI also pauses your service - even if you didn’t manually cancel.
You’ll see your status as “PAUSED” inside the Fyxer AI dashboard.
If your account is paused:
Log in to your Fyxer AI Dashboard and check your billing status under Billing
You may need to update your payment method or retry the last payment
Once payment is successful, your service will automatically resume
