Why has my Fyxer AI subscription been paused?

When a subscription has two consecutive failed payments, Stripe (our billing platform) will automatically pause the subscription.

When this happens, Fyxer AI also pauses your service - even if you didn’t manually cancel.

You’ll see your status as “PAUSED” inside the Fyxer AI dashboard.

If your account is paused:

  • Log in to your Fyxer AI Dashboard and check your billing status under Billing

  • You may need to update your payment method or retry the last payment

  • Once payment is successful, your service will automatically resume
