If you're on a Pro or Enterprise plan and noticing that your meeting notetaker still shows as “Fyxer AI is taking notes” - even though you've uploaded your own logo/image - here's what's likely happening and how to fix it.
Even if you've uploaded your custom branding in the dashboard, the notetaker image is tied to the calendar event at the time it's created.
This means:
Meetings created before the image update will still show “Fyxer AI is taking notes”
The image won’t automatically update for meetings already in your calendar
How to refresh your image for all upcoming meetings
You can reset your Meeting Notetaker to apply your new image using this quick workaround:
Go to your Fyxer AI Dashboard
Head to Settings > Preferences > Meeting Notetaker
Under “Should join meetings automatically”, select “None”
→ This will turn off the notetaker for all upcoming meetingsWait about 10 minutes
Come back and select “All meetings” again
→ This reactivates the notetaker with your updated image applied
