If you've created an email rule to label certain emails (like Typeform submissions or automated notifications) as "To Respond", Fyxer AI may still skip drafting a reply.
That’s because Fyxer AI is designed to detect and avoid creating drafts for emails it recognizes as automated, since these typically don’t require a human-style response.
What you can do:
If you still want a draft, simply forward the email to
ai@fyxer.comand Fyxer will create one manually.You can also try lowering your Response Threshold under Settings > Preferences to encourage more drafts - but note that automated messages may still be excluded by default.
