Fyxer AI saves you at least an hour a day by drafting replies to emails that need your attention - specifically those marked To Respond. These drafts are designed to sound like you, and can be easily edited before you hit send.

When are Drafts Created?

Fyxer drafts replies automatically when:

  • The email is categorized as “To Respond”

  • The “Draft replies” setting is turned ON in your Fyxer AI Dashboard

  • The email contains actionable content, such as questions, tasks, or follow-up needs

  • Conversation View is enabled in Gmail

What to Expect in a Fyxer Draft

Fyxer drafts include two suggested reply options, side by side in a single email. This gives you variety - you can pick the one that feels right, or combine both.

Each draft is:

  • Context-aware - written based on the specific thread and your tone.

  • Clearly formatted - replies are labeled Option 1 / Option 2.

  • Editable - nothing is locked in; you’re in control.

How to Edit a Draft

  1. Choose your favorite tone - Pick Option 1 or 2 (or mix them).

  2. Delete the version you don’t want - Just highlight and remove.

  3. Make it yours - Tweak any part of the draft. Fyxer writes like you, but you always have the final say.

  4. Send when ready - Nothing is sent automatically. You review, you send.

Tips for Getting the Best Drafts

  • Correct drafts to train - Edit (avoid deleting all text) drafts in a way that reflects your preferred tone. Fyxer will learn.

  • Send feedback on bad drafts - Just hit the thumbs down or reply to the draft email. That helps us fix any quirks.

  • Personalize your settings - Head to Settings > Preferences > Draft Prompt to tell Fyxer what tone, phrases, or style you prefer.
