Incase you don't love labels.. remember you can always turn them off and still get draft emails (you just must keep the folders in your inbox)

Turn them off here under "enable email categorisation"

You can set HARD RULES for certain email domains to go into certain folder

You can also - decide if you want certain emails to "skip" the inbox part of Gmail or Outlook and then just go straight into the folder (important still to check folders, just this helps with checking them less regularly
