Fyxer AI uses its own system of email categorisation to streamline your inbox. It doesn't currently integrate with existing label systems in Gmail or Outlook. If you want to maintain your own labels, you can set Fyxer AI to "No Labels" in the settings under Preferences > “Email Rules”, which stops Fyxer from applying its own labels.

For custom email rules, you can set up filters in Gmail or Outlook based on specific senders, or domains only (not keywords). These rules will work alongside Fyxer, but Fyxer's categorisation may override your rules unless you exclude those emails by creating exceptions (i.e. “No Label” settings) in your Fyxer preferences.
