Learn how Package Delivery works on Gable and how to mark packages as received.

🚚 What Is Package Delivery?

Package Delivery helps your team track and confirm deliveries at your company office. Instead of relying on sticky notes or messages, all deliveries can be logged, tracked, and marked as received directly in Gable.

This feature ensures:

  • Clear visibility of all incoming packages 📦

  • Fewer missed or lost deliveries 🔍

  • Easy handoff and confirmation ✔️


📝 How Packages Are Logged

  1. When a package arrives, the office receptionist logs the package in Gable.

  2. You get a notification that your package is ready for pickup.

  3. The package will stay in “Pending” until it’s confirmed as received.


🔔 How You’ll Be Notified

When a package is logged for you, you’ll get a notification through:

  • ✉️ Email

  • 💬 Slack (if your company uses the Slack integration)

Both notifications will contain the package details and a button to confirm once you’ve picked it up.


✅ Confirming Your Package

  1. Open the notification in either email or Slack.

  2. Click Mark as picked up.

  3. That’s it! The package is now marked as received in Gable.

⚡ Pro tip: Confirm your package as soon as you collect it so your office team knows it’s been handled.
