🗓 Cancel From Your Weekly Schedule (Home Page)
Your Home Page displays a two-week snapshot of your upcoming bookings.
Log into Gable.
On your Home Page, locate the booking you'd like to cancel.
Click the ⋮ three dots next to the booking.
Select Cancel booking.
Add a cancellation reason (optional, but encouraged).
Click Cancel booking to confirm.
This method only shows bookings occurring within the next 14 days.
🔍 Cancel Bookings Beyond Two Weeks
If your booking is more than two weeks away, it won’t appear on your Home Page. You can find it on your My Bookings page.
Open your Profile dropdown.
Select My Bookings.
Use the time filters at the top of the page.
Default view: This Week
Adjust filters to see bookings further out
Locate the booking and click the ⋮ three dots in the top-right corner.
Select Cancel booking, enter a reason, and confirm.
⏱ Why You May Not See the Cancel Option
You won’t see the three-dot menu if:
The booking has already passed
The booking is not eligible for cancellation
You are within the on-demand cancellation cutoff
⏳ On-Demand Bookings & Cutoff Times
On-demand bookings include a cancellation cutoff time.
You’ll see this cutoff clearly displayed before completing your booking.
To avoid issues, cancel on-demand reservations well in advance.
