Gable gives you two easy ways to view your bookings — a quick weekly snapshot and a full booking history view with filters.
👀 View Your Weekly Schedule
When you first sign in to Gable, you’ll land on the main dashboard.
This page shows:
Your weekly schedule
A snapshot of the next two weeks of bookings
Upcoming days, times, and locations at a glance
This is the fastest way to check what you have coming up.
📂 View All Bookings from My Bookings
If you’re looking for a booking outside of the two-week view:
Click your Profile dropdown in the top-right corner
Select My Bookings
This page shows all bookings you’ve created on Gable — past and future.
🗓️ Filter by Timeframe
At the top of the My Bookings page, you’ll see a timeframe selector.
You can use this to:
View upcoming bookings
Look back at previous visits
Find a specific date or time period
Once selected, the page will update to show only bookings from that timeframe.
🔍 View Booking Details
From the My Bookings list:
Click any booking
Open the full booking record
See location, date, guests, and other details
This is helpful if you need to confirm meeting info or update guests.
