Here’s What You Need To Know
Go to the “My bookings” tab under your account, or click here.
Navigate to the booking in question
Click the three dots in the corner than the “Cancel booking” button
Please note: All cancellations need to be made prior to 7 pm at least the day before for a full refund. Some hosts have a 48 or 72 hour cancellation policy as well. If this is the case, you will find that information in the space description.
