The Consolidated Forecast view shows forecasted production across every school a central kitchen or warehouse serves, in one live table, instead of running and exporting the Consolidated Forecast report each time you need it.
Who Can Use It
Available to district-level roles, such as directors and central-facility managers, filtered to the sites they're responsible for. It's view-only: you can look at forecasts across sites, but you can't edit a site's production record from here.
Using the View
Filter by date range, meal, and site.
Switch orientation between sites as rows / items as columns, or items as rows / sites as columns, whichever is easier to scan.
Step through days with the day selector, or view totals across the whole range.
Per-item and per-site totals are shown automatically in both orientations.
