Switch Exercise: Keep Your Workout Moving

If your prescribed exercise is unavailable or the equipment is broken, switching exercises helps you stay on track without major disruptions

Important Notes

  • Switching exercises applies only to the current session.

  • To permanently change an exercise, update the muscle group’s Hypertrophy Strategy in your settings.

Steps to Switch Exercises:

  1. Open the More Options Menu
    During an active training session, tap the More button (three dots) next to the current exercise.

  2. Select “Switch Exercise”
    Choose Switch Exercise from the menu.

  3. Choose an Alternate Exercise
    A modal will appear with a list of available exercises. Select your preferred option.

  4. Save Changes
    Tap the Accept button (checkmark) to confirm the new exercise.


You’re now ready to adapt and keep your workout on track!
